- 如安裝地點屬於偏遠地區或不設升降機或距離可停車地點超過15分鐘步程, 可能會有額外收費, 收費安排請聯絡查詢並以實際現場情況為準。
- 如因設備品質問題或電源問題而導致現場安裝不成功, 本公司將不會負上任何責任, 客戶仍然需要繳付全數服務費用。

防火易有限公司（下稱「本公司」或「本網站」）之主要業務為消防產品零售，本公司並不直接執行任何需法定資格之工程檢驗或簽發證書服務。本網站所提供或銷售之：（一）消防裝置年檢及簽發消防證明書（FS251）服務，均外判予同屬栢昇集團（Pacific Sense Group）旗下之成員公司執行，包括持有第1級及第2級註冊消防裝置承辦商牌照之關聯公司「新祥興工程有限公司 (New Lucking Engineering Limited)」及具備第3級資格之技術人員；（二）勞工處起重機械及裝置測試、檢驗（包括 LALG 表格3、4、5及7）及證明書簽發服務，均外判予外部獨立之法定「合資格檢驗員」（即依《工程師註冊條例》註冊之相關界別註冊專業工程師 RPE）執行。客戶凡於本網站購買或預約上述任何檢驗、測試或證書服務，即代表知悉、理解並完全同意上述之實際執行、分判與外判安排。
The primary business of Fire X Fire Limited (hereinafter "the Company" or "this Website") is the retail of fire safety products; the Company does not directly execute any engineering inspection or certification services that require statutory qualifications. All inspection and certification services offered on this Website are outsourced as follows: (1) Fire safety annual inspections and the issuance of Form FS251 are outsourced to and executed by our affiliated sister member companies within the Pacific Sense Group, including "New Lucking Engineering Limited" (a Class 1 & 2 Registered Fire Service Installation Contractor) and qualified personnel who are Class 3 Registered Fire Service Installation Contractors; and (2) Labour Department lifting appliances and gear testing, examination, and certification services (including LALG Forms 3, 4, 5, and 7) are outsourced to external qualified third-party service providers, specifically Registered Professional Engineers (RPEs) registered under the Engineers Registration Ordinance who act as statutory Competent Examiners. By purchasing or subscribing to any of the aforementioned inspection, testing, or certification services on this Website, the Customer is deemed to fully understand, acknowledge, and agree to these outsourcing and subcontracting arrangements.
