防火易有限公司承諾由客戶收到產品即日起計（簽收日期為準），提供「30天有條件退換貨保障」。退 換貨或者退款條件包括派送貨品與訂單所列明的貨品不相符, 生產品質，瑕疵和非人為損毀問題, 產 品已過有效使用日期。客戶必須於簽收貨品即日起計的30天內辦理退換貨或者退款，限期後恕不接 受。產品及包裝需保持防火易有限公司出售時原狀且配件齊全，包括所有標貼及標籤完整且未經去 除, 未經使用。退回時務必出示有效產品送貨單或訂單收據，否則我們將無法辦理退換貨。 所有商品 只允許換貨一次。部份折扣貨品或推廣活動，必須整單退回，部分退貨退款申請恕不受理。退換貨或 者退款原因除屬配送安排錯誤外，過程當中產生的運費將由客戶承擔，最後退款金額將為貨品淨 值。經防火易有限公司確認客戶成功退回貨品後，防火易有限公司會安排換貨或者系統退款， 一般 會在14個工作日內將你的退款退回到你的付款帳戶。防火易有限公司將保留退貨及換貨申請之最 終決定權。

Fire X Fire Limited is committed to providing a "30-Day Conditional Return and Exchange Guarantee," commencing from the date of receipt of the product(s) by the customer (as determined by the delivery signature date). Eligibility for returns, exchanges, or refunds is limited to circumstances where the delivered goods do not correspond with the specifications listed in the order; exhibit manufacturing quality issues or defects; have suffered damage not attributable to human error or misuse; or have passed their effective expiration date. Customers must initiate the return, exchange, or refund process within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt; requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. The product and its packaging must remain in the original condition as sold by Fire X Fire Limited, with all accessories included. All stickers, tags, and labels must remain intact and unremoved, and the product must be unused. A valid product delivery note or order receipt must be presented at the time of return; otherwise, we will be unable to process the return or exchange. All merchandise is eligible for exchange one time only. For items purchased as part of a discount promotion or special event, the entire order must be returned together; applications for partial returns or refunds will not be accepted. Unless the return or refund is due to a delivery arrangement error, all shipping costs incurred during the process shall be borne by the customer, and the final refund amount shall be limited to the net value of the goods. Upon confirmation by Fire X Fire Limited of the successful return of the goods, we will arrange for an exchange or process a system refund. Refunds are generally credited back to your original payment account within fourteen (14) working days. Fire X Fire Limited reserves the right of final decision regarding all return and exchange applications.
