The inspection, testing, and certification services requiring statutory qualifications displayed or brokered on this Website, including but not limited to: (1) annual inspections of fire service installations and equipment and the issuance of the Certificate of Maintenance (Form FS251); and (2) testing and examination of lifting appliances and gear (covering relevant Labour Department approved LALG forms, e.g., Forms 3, 4, 5, and 7) are procured and provided through collaboration with duly qualified professionals, specifically:

• Registered Fire Service Installation Contractors (RFIC);

• Registered Professional Engineers (RPE);

• Other statutorily authorized or recognized inspection bodies and technicians.

 

By purchasing or booking any of the aforementioned services via this Website, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that such services shall be executed and certified directly by the aforementioned statutory qualified persons or entities.
