起重機械: 起重機 (Crane), 設有錨定及壓重裝置的起重機 (Crane with anchoring or ballasting devices), 絞車 (Winch), 起重滑車 (Crab), 滑輪組 (Pulley Block), 吊重輪 (Ginwheel), 腳架起重機 (Sheerlegs), 打樁機 (Pile Driver), 拔樁機 (Pile Extractor), 挖掘機 (Excavator), 架空軌道 (Overhead Runway), 拉索挖機 (Dragline), 等等 (etc.) 過往十二個月內的測試及檢驗。如符合標準, 將會簽發勞工處表格5 – 起重機械在過往十二個月內進行的徹底檢驗結果證明書 (LALG-F5)。
